  • Be an integral part of our Global Market & Data Intelligence (MI) team for our Automotive and Metals division with a strong connect to our Global Strategy Team
  • Proactively drive research, analysis and insight generation for our Sales, Marketing and Market Segment teams
  • Select and analyze market/competitor data, interpret the outcome and derive recommendations
  • Create, challenge and further develop existing regular reports and newsletters for our three business units
  • Steer and support MI-related projects and work packages
  • Prepare presentations for top/senior management
  • Maintain and further develop our internal MI platform


  • Excellent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
  • Min. 2 years of experience in B2B, Strategy, Consulting, Data Research or in Market & Data Intelligence
  • Experience in at least one of our target industries (Automotive or Metal) preferred
  • Proven track record in market/competitor analysis, maintaining and developing reports, interpretation of data in diverse contexts
  • Excellent analytical skills and passion for research and data
  • Ability to work in a structured manner through large amounts of data (quantitative, qualitative)
  • Strong sense of business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, digital affinity (PowerBI skills are a plus)
  • Dynamic, highly motivated team player
  • Fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
