YOUR ROLE

  • Develop, oversee, and manage strategic initiatives in our new Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf that support the vision of Adhesives - Innovation and SBUs short- to long-term plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and track a joint understanding of initiative requirements
  • Guide the day-to-day management of strategic initiatives, especially with the alignment of work estimates, budgets, schedules, and risk & issue management
  • Capture data and information to enable proposals to be made based on data-driven insights
  • Provide high transparency to initiatives by actively identifying the reporting/information needs and facilitating a communication plan
  • Maintain a common understanding of expectations between Innovation and SBUs
  • Identify, track, and report meaningful status reports, particularly around achievement of performance goals
  • Work with other team members to capture and share initiative learnings

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or IT (focus on Big Data, PowerBI), MBA desirable
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Exceptionally organized individual able to drive change by working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and identify solution options as well as communicate with all levels of management
  • Result-driven team player with an innovative mindset and keen problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
