Do you dare to make an impact?


  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan 
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Optimizes sales processes in country  
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
  • Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business
  • Responsible for timely and accurate administrate tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.


  • University degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline, MBA is also an asset
  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Excellent presentation skills & advanced level of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license
