Technical Sales Representative (Key Accounts)

  • The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible grow business with Key Henkel customers in the Packaging industry.
  • Leads recommendations, customer visits, demonstrations, trainings and problem solving to work with existing packaging products, or break-through technologies.
  • Collaborates and develops roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts.
    Meets with key global/regional customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities.
  • Develops and manages key innovation and application development programs. Understands latest technologies and impacts Henkel and its customers.
  • Is responsible for the technical training of field sales forces and customers and for TCS talent development.
  • Conducts manufacturing excellence surveys to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities. 


  • Bachelors Degree is Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related is required. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales, or Technical position within the Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Tapes & Labels industry is required. 
  • Strong customer facing experience and solution selling experience.  
  • Exceptional Negotiation & Presentation Skills
  • Ability to find customer needs/ Voice of the customer.
  • Ability to travel 60%
