  • The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overall working capital management, service levels and cost optimization as it relates to the distribution and delivery of materials through the defined Supply Chain network including finished goods, raw materials & WIP within the production plant & the regional warehouse network. 
  • Responsible for sustainable high performance of planning, scheduling and procurement of materials to support plant operations and customer requirements
  • Lead the monthly supply review process and participate in the S&OP reconciliation 
  • Responsible for customer service levels within North America for products produced in Sabana Grande, PR as well as on-time replenishment to other regions 
  • Monitor & create transparency among stakeholders regarding Supply Chain metrics including root cause drivers and continuous improvement activity
  • Responsible for working capital of all raw material, packaging and finished goods inventory within the network
  • Active management of slow-moving & dead inventory to correct underlying root causes and minimize financial exposure
  • Responsible for rough-cut planning and master scheduling to optimize machine and labor utilization
  • Lead the supplier relationship management and strategic engagement together with Purchasing
  • Drive improvements in service level & inventory performance using Lean techniques and thinking. Partner with other functions to optimize cost performance
  • Create and drive KPI reporting and plant-level analytics
  • Identify, define, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and performance, incorporating lean principles and cycle time reduction strategies
  • Develop team to achieve their full potential with a strong focus to create a sustainable pipeline of talent


  • BS or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or other related fields required
  • Five (5) years of direct experience in Supply Chain & Manufacturing process required with at least 3 years as a people manager
  • Experience in multi-level and / or chemical manufacturing is preferred
  • CPIM / CSCP certifications are strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand key business processes and interdependency with supply chain improvement plans
  • Solid business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
  • Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative working relationships 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate people
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion using proven Project Management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity 
  • Ability to identify and adapt best practices from inside and outside the organization. Good external focus to stay “plugged in” to trends and developments within the profession
  • Ability to set strategy and execute a plan to support strategic goals
  • Production planning and execution systems experience required. SAP & APO SNP experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems are required. Experience with big data & business intelligence solutions are strongly preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
