- Lead target accounts strategy for dedicated accounts in the region
- Activate and lead target account's action plan to reach proportional growth.
- Project develop for selected target accounts by providing direct support and presence.
- Interact with all customer stakeholders and internal counterparts to support development of accounts.
- Look for business development opportunities and identify and steer.
- Drive and roll out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling
- Develops and maintain sustainable and long term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Defines account specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
- Knowledge of key players within Saudi Arabia for the cement, mining, power generation, oil and gas industry and key players.
- Previous experience in product approval process and qualifications.
- Knowledge of key stakeholders within the major end users in the required industry.
- Technical knowledge of coatings and pipe repair within target industry
- Proficient in English and Arabic
