YOUR ROLE

  • Perform daily and monthly Central Payment Management tasks in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Respond to requests on a timely manner, with the quality of data provided to the requesters

  • Communicate with business stakeholders, troubleshoot errors, and respond to inquiries, as needed

  • Investigate, resolve, or recommend problem resolutions; Ensures process controls are reviewed for effectiveness and implemented accordingly

  • Maintain high level of knowledge to processes performed, and conduct training and knowledge-sharing as needed

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business-related courses

  • Minimum of five (5) year's relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or Treasury; Preferably obtained from a shared service center working environment

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; SAP experience is required

  • Must have excellent command of spoken and written English
