  • This position will primely support Henkel Beauty care business in India as HRBP & also support on HR Operations topics.
  • Provide HR Business Partnering for Henkel Beauty care business in India working closely with business heads and regional Asia pacific HRBP team.
  • Partner with management and executives for the business to identify action priorities, proactively address matters related to work force development, employee engagement and productivity etc.,
  • Provide HR Policy guidance and manage entire life-cycle management for the Beauty care business, supporting all employees as well as Temporary workers embedded in the Business.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition, performance management, learning & development, exit management, analytics, and any additional projects for the business.
  • Work Closely with our (CoE”s)- Total Rewards, Talent Management, etc. to deliver HR services to the Beauty Care employees in India.
  • Perform as an influencer and coach for cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Drive compliance of Henkel HR processes and support development of managers to move towards a self-service model
  • Lead Corporate Citizenship / CSR framework with Henkel working with CSR committees, regional / global guidance, and company procedures.
  • Support HR operation activities for all business Henkel in India, especially on new employee on boarding to ensure their rapid integration.
  • Prepare new joinee documentation and maintain personnel files for new joinees
  • Analyzing and reporting trends and data metrics with the HR department

Your Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Consumer Goods industries.
  • MBA in HR from a Good School.
  • SAP proficiency preferable.
  • Expertise in dealing with sales organization.
  • Should be proactive and be able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills. Proficiency in English & Hindi language - both spoken and written
  • Preferences for candidates based in Navi Mumbai
