YOUR ROLE

  • Become part of our global business controlling team with exceptional visibility in an international environment
  • Work together in a cross-functional set-up with top management and the CFO of Adhesive Technologies, where you can have a direct impact on the business success of Henkel
  • Lead a direct team and manage resources in the shared service center organization
  • Steer the execution of reporting, planning and analysis of Structural Cost at Adhesives Technologies with worldwide responsibility
  • Drive active cost management and provide Structural Cost transparency to stakeholders
  • Continually analyze and improve processes and systems to achieve a highly efficient state-of-the-art controlling set-up
  • Proactively ensure compliance and drive governance (e.g. value flows, guidelines, reporting standards, etc.)
  • Conduct training on tools and methods for the full organization
  • Respond to ad-hoc top management requests with highest quality and speed
  • Assist with other financial projects as required (e.g., M&A activities, organizational changes)
  • Coordinate regional service cost charging procedures (e.g. to ensure tax compliance and reporting, involvement in audits)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent Master’s degree in business administration or economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of business analysis, management reporting, or a related field
  • Track record of understanding financial and business systems/processes
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
  • Demonstrated project management and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify and define potential issues, opportunities and develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with all levels and across functions of the organization
