  • Be an integral part of the Automotive and Metals division and support a business that is providing our customers with outstanding system solutions, a comprehensive technology portfolio, and specialized technical services
  • As member of the Global Strategy group, drive the annual strategic cycle as well as other strategic initiatives with our three Strategic Business Units: Automotive OEM, Automotive components and Metals and be accountable for delivering assigned projects and tasks
  • Steer your own project workstreams within two of our team’s focus areas and drive change throughout our global organization: (1) Drive new business models enabled by digital technologies and be part of the project team that identifies new opportunities as well as accelerates existing concepts and (2) Onboard on the ongoing initiative to centrally drive strategic master data quality within the division to improve business excellence
  • Bring in your talent for data analytics while collecting and analyzing data within project specific tasks to derive recommendations for top management decisions
  • Support in operational work and project related tasks of the strategy team and prepare management presentations and workshops


  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, preferably master studies
  • First practical work experiences in business environments, e.g. industrial/B2B or consultancies are a plus
  • Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German or other language would be a plus
  • Digital affinity and firm knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven analytical skills combined with strategic thinking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully deal with stakeholders across regions, functions, and all organizational levels
  • Ability of critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
  • Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player with hands-on mentality
  • Availability as of February/ March 2022 for 4-6 months
