  • Collaborate with internal colleagues from dx/IT, business and external consultants to implement a service cloud on a global scale
  • Analyze business requirements, develop designs, and support implementing a Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Digital Engagement and AI-components
  • Act as responsible contact for IT-operations
  • Drive continuous improvements, write technical specifications or new technical user stories while supporting the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application
  • This role offers a great learning opportunity in becoming an inhouse consultant, gaining experience in the BizDevOps model and learning from a global team of experienced customer service inhouse consultants and business process experts
  • You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent and non-hierarchical culture


  • University degree in computer science, economical informatics, economics/economical engineering or comparable with strong IT focus
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as IT Consultant (d/f/m) in customer service, contact centers and customer experience
  • Experience in the field of agile projects
  • Technical mindset, capable of learning new technologies quickly and applying them at projects
  • Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
  • Team player, interested in global projects and interaction with multi-international teams
  • Creative thinker who enjoys working in a diverse and intercultural rock-solid team
  • Strong analytical skills and being able to understand customer's needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills are required
