  • This Position will take the Lead in supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization on HR & IR Topics and support Henkel India HR operations.
  • This role shall work closely with the Leaders from operation team to identify, prioritize, develop, implement, and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee all necessary applications of systems and paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports etc..
  • Oversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning
  • Manage disputes, coordinating with unions, management, employees and government agencies
  • Advise management on contract negotiations. Create and renew union contracts in close coordination with legal team.
  • Support contract Labour management, HR compliance topics, leveraging systems and collaborating with site manager and legal team.
  • Handle grievance procedures or disciplinary issues with due process, fairness and transparency.
  • Supporting on Customer and external Audit’s.
  • Perform as an influencer and coach for cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Drive compliance of Henkel HR processes and support development of managers to move towards a self-service model
  • Reporting to the Head HR Operations.


  • Minimum 3 years of Factory HR experience in Manufacturing industries.
  • MBA in HR from a premier school.
  • Expertise and proven success in business partitioning with operations team and Statutory compliances
  • Should be proactive and be able to multitask.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi language - both spoken and written, Knowing Marathi is preferable
  • Preferences for candidates based in Navi Mumbai
