YOUR ROLE

  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing or new acquire customers in packaging industry.
  • Executes customer roadmap , manage and close respective CRM tool.
  • Executes pricing actions
  • Builds and maintains relationship with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials or resolve customer complaints.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales handling Key Account or Large Customers in packaging domain.
  • Any engineering or science graduate is preferred.
  • Strong in relationship building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Value Selling a must.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
