- Through deep understanding of customer needs, guide the development of digital products/ features across global markets and management of product lifecycle
- Identify business opportunities and evaluate for value/viability/feasibility, generate consumer insights, customer journey mapping.
- Lead the definition of new product / features, user story writing, product requirements, and integrate into product road map
- Lead UX/UI team on user flows / wireframes / prototypes
- Guide technical teams and provide leadership on customer requirements in specification meetings and in sprint reviews
- Provide guidance on the go-to market strategy for product / feature including alignment with regions/ countries, customer service, education teams and stakeholders.
