  • The role of the Product Development Chemist is to lead development projects of Semiconductor Adhesive.
  • To develop new products for Semiconductor application
  • To responsible for new research, IP, publications, technology roadmap
  • To communicate internally with application engineer, sales, business and marketing team, to deliver the new innovation to the market
  • To closely work with key customers, understand customer needs and industrial trends, provide innovative solutions.
  • To work with key suppliers to develop innovative technology for high impact solutions.
  • To participate in lab 5S and Safety work


  • Master with 5+ years experience or Ph.D. with 3+ years in polymer, chemistry, material science or related majors, experienced in Semiconductor Adhesive is preferred.
  • Material formulation skills and material characterization skills are required to perform the job sufficiently.
  • Good communication skills are needed to drive innovation collaborations with varied parties including internal colleagues, external RM suppliers and customers.
  • Motivated to continuously learn and achieve, even under uncertainty and pressure.
  • Fluent in English
  • IP capability
