  • Make an impact in our journey to excellence in Market & Customer Activation by helping to accelerate our Henkel Adhesives Digital Marketing Transformation to a Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Support our Digital Marketing Activation & Engagement Strategy by delivering insightful B2B data-driven recommendations and enable performance-driven culture
  • Accelerate Integrated B2B Digital Marketing Performance including understanding, analysis and optimization of Marketing Automation & Sales Automation performance funnel KPIs at customer, campaign, and regional level.
  • Manage internal and external (primary and secondary) data sources, ensure data quality and integrity
  • Build and operationalize processes, including creation and maintenance of dashboards, to support the business and provide actionable analytical insights 
  • Support insightful data driven recommendations development based on customer lifetime value, target segmentation, and ROI analysis
  • Consult and train local teams on data insights, Digital Marketing Performance and campaign data strategy and integration to marketing programs
  • Ensure data integration, quality, consistency, compliance and growth
  • Effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders, department heads and senior management; Collaborate with global and regional Adhesives data teams


  •  Business/Economics/Statistics and/or Digital Marketing background with strong cross-channel Digital Activation & Marketing Automation/CRM background.
  • Data science, analysis and data planning capabilities are essential
  • Minimum 3 years of proven digital data strategy & analysis experience, ideally within large Corporations or relevant Consultancies / Digital Agencies
  • Experience with data engineering and data migration, comfortable with transforming large datasets and dashboard creation, specifically Microsoft PowerBI
  • Understanding of B2B Marketing Automation dynamics, systems, processes, database and analytics platforms
  • Understanding of statistics and applications in data model creation
  • Familiarity with SaaS Marketing automation tools, BI tooling, analytical techniques, Marketing Automation data modeling, data predictions, LTV modeling, Customer Segmentation and DMPs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret business challenges from non-technical individuals and translate into analytic and data requirements or strategic recommendations
  • Very good business acumen, results-driven, self-motivating and hands-on approach
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
