  • Join us in Commercial Financial Management Lifestyle and contribute to the financial performance of one of Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies’ global strategic business units
  • Work in a highly international team with stakeholders around the globe, where you can have a direct impact on the business which is leading with sustainable and innovative solutions in lifestyle markets
  • Prepare monthly accuracy analysis of forecasting, track business performance of key strategic initiatives and implement optimization measures
  • Contribute as project manager in further driving improvements in business quality by: Monitoring margin development and management of deviations to plan, analyzing focus areas for improvements collaborating with key stakeholders to drive actions and deliver results, help identify potential business opportunities and risks
  • Foster professionalization of data driven decision making
  • Support Lifestyle Commercial Financial Analyst in daily operations


  • University Degree, preferably with major in business administration or finance
  • First practical experience in management consulting, controlling, finance, management consulting or similar role and fluency in English is required
  • Digital Affinity and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially expert user of Excel and PowerPoint, ideally first experience with VBA/Power Pivot/Power BI or other business intelligence software
  • Strong affinity for data, analytical work and problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills, ability and openness to work with international and cross functional teams
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct “can-do” attitude and out-of-the-box-thinking
  • High interest to learn about and shape the future of our adhesive technologies business
  • Availability for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
