This role is responsible for delivering top line growth by leading the Adhesives division through the identification and creation of new, profitable business opportunities and by ensuring that the needs of the customer are met and exceeded through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Drive decision making and sales through comprehensive key account management, leveraging customer relationships and striving for continuous improvement
- Implement business plans and sales strategies across key accounts to grow and extend market position, increase sales and profitability and position Henkel as a supplier of choice
- Identify sustainable grow channels through competitor analysis and activation of technological advancements.
- Coordinate product training and product trials as necessary to increase customer uptake
- Develop sales team member capabilities, working collaboratively to achieve KPI’s and deployment of business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders through adherence to timely reporting and provision of accurate sales forecasts and projections
