·Monitor production lines to ensure that it complies with the quality and safety standards.

·Support Production Manager in organizing and scheduling production.

·Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily. Conduct, with shift leaders, shift meetings to ensure that staffs understand daily objectives and output requirements.

·Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis. Monitor and control processes using visual observation and process data

·Supervise effective working of production and ensure compliance to all company & local policies to achieve all production objectives and provide appropriate feedback to all employees.

·Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements. Prepare work instructions and plan/provide proper trainings to staffs on their job duties

·Ensure equipments and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintenance.

·Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to production schedules and budget for all production process.

·Participate in local and international continuous improvement projects

·Conduct analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation.

·Builds safe, clean and positive working atmosphere.

·Spend above 75% of his/her time on the shop floor. Become a technical expert for designated processes.



  • Degree in Engineering
  • 2/3 years of previous experience in a similar role is a nice to have
  • Proactive, passionate and a team-player with excellent communication skills. Be role model and walk the talk. High energy, drive for change, not satisfied with status quo. Strive on making the change in performance.
  • Agile and open-minded
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge is highly recommended
  • Fluent in English
  • IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and automation package
