YOUR ROLE

  • Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
  • Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
  • Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
  • Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of Engineering Experience preferably in manufacturing, chemical processing and or/semiconductor packaging.
  • Practiced and Trained in Lean Principles is preferred
  • Leadership training and/or experience leading projects and small groups of professionals is preferred
  • Familiarity with SPC principles and application to batch processes. Competent in problem solving techniques such as DOE, SPC, FMEA, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be customer focused, action oriented and able to multi-task
  • 5+ years of Engineering Experience preferably in manufacturing chemical processing and of/semiconductor packaging.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification is preferred
