YOUR ROLE

  • Build overarching global strategy & execution plan (marketing communication, digital marketing, demand generation, content development, media, campaign) including e-Commerce for New Business Incubator business and managing executions across regions   
  • Work with agencies to create content and communication strategies for our initiatives (responsibility for the development and delivery of content strategy, content pieces development (Hero, help, hub) such as videos, blogs, web content, digital, social media platform visual creatives, sequential messaging banner ads, visual assets (graphs, 3D renders etc.), keyword strategy as well as sales enablement assets (presenters, sell-sheets) optimized for Pitcher)
  • Directly influence the top line growth/sales; execute communication strategy to cross regions, cross markets; develop, maintain marketing collaterals for incubator business including internal communication, webpage, social media, marketing campaign
  • Be responsible for the development & delivery of Loctite & Incubator social media (website, blocks, LinkedIn) with full collaboration with Henkel core business’s marketing communication team; select appropriate external agencies, facilitate Loctite brand support and brand guidance, help with best practice sharing 
  • Be responsible for managing financial aspects/budget tied to on-line brands/digital marketing support and measuring ROI
  • Coordinate & organize tradeshow events, work closely with market segment heads and marketing team to ensure contents and lead generations/qualification  
  • Facilitate Loctite brand support and implement branding best practice across all incubators business

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing or similar 
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, e-Commerce experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint presentations), graphic design is advantageous
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
