After a personalized training, you will be integrated into the local Sales Controlling department, which is itself attached to the Category & Performance Management team of Adhesives division of Henkel West Europe West (France and BNL). You will report to the Manager ACC Sales Controlling WEW, and you will participate in the operational and strategic management of the local division. Your main missions will be:
- Retailers accounts budget (trade terms): forecasting, reviewing, anticipating risks
- Monthly closing / Accruals vs Payments : reconciliation with Finance, communication with audit
- Follow-up of promo Coupons: provisions/payments/releases
- Monitoring of customer deductions
- Monthly reporting and improvement analysis of P&L (Sales, customer investments, Margin…)
- Supporting Sales & Marketing team, develop specific tools and analysis
