Responsible for supporting Sales/Marketing department by providing sales, promotion, new product forecast and performance analysis. Will cover top Beauty Professional brands of Schwarzkopf and Alterna in this role.
•Analyzes data from internal and external sources, presents conclusions and recommendations.
•Evaluates innovation and promotion effectiveness
•Responsible for promotional forecasting
•Assists in assessing marketing and e-commerce efforts to provide supportive analytics regarding ROI and market gains.
•Reviews profitability of the customer assortment and identify trends and opportunities to drive sales.
•Analyzes standardized sales reports to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, sales exceptions and product use.
•Masters corporate guidelines while demonstrating strong leadership and ownership skills.
•Ad-hoc analytical projects as assigned.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and exploit syndicated data
•Strong communication skills (presentation and written).
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•Systems proficiency (Business Intelligence, SAP, Microsoft office…)
•Time management - able to prioritize multiple tasks
•5+ years’ experience in a Sales Analyst role
•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
