- Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and creating statistical reports
- Works closely with Quality Management Team to address internal and external requirements including audits, standards, and targets
- Cooperation with local Management Team and Staff to maintain high level quality culture
- Drives continuous improvement and standardization of solutions
- Reviews customer requirements in line with Customer Quality procedures
- Management of customer and supplier complaints in area of responsibility
- Leading the local Q-organization
