YOUR ROLE

The NA Supply Chain CoE – Analytics Manager is responsible to develop and drive the analytics roadmap to improve the overall maturity level. Define the department goals, strategy, & tasks to deliver high-quality solutions on-time and on budget. Will be responsible to measure the business impact of overall data engineering and analytics development to demonstrate value generation and IRR. Incorporate industry best practices and leading-edge technologies and concepts.

  • Create a digital strategy and roadmap to improve overall maturity within the region.
  • Establish a regional BI architecture to leverage & enrich existing data sets in collaboration with the Global Supply Chain Analytics team.
  • Implement a development methodology for to support agile and rapid development of solutions.
  • Create a pipeline including financial justification and strategic alignment of requests via a gate process.
  • Establish a time tracking system to calculate value generation/IRR for both individual projects and the overall department.
  • Support digital upskilling within the region through creation of training materials including documents & videos as well as hosting classes and workshops for training.
  • Establish and chair a domestic Key User community of citizen BI specialists.
  • Provide leadership for a team comprised of data scientists, designers, & analysts.
  • Represent North America in the Analytics global community to ensure alignment of global and regional priorities as well as contribute to global agendas of strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate with the NA Supply Chain CoE Innovation team on operational changes required to further enhance Analytics capabilities.
  • Support ad hoc requests within the region.
  • This can be a 100% remote or hybrid position

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar technical subject. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years leading an Analytics function.
  • Data mapping, database tools, and Power BI fluency is required. 
  • Project Management experience with a focus on Agile methodologies is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse groups and work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Must be able to win as a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
