Do you dare to make an impact?


-  Technical and commercial advice on our products portfolio in the areas of pretreatment, surface treatment,        lubricant, metal forming, cleaning / degreasing and pickling.
-  Acquisition of new customers and development of the existing customer base
-  Develop and execute local sales plans and tactics
-  Use of our CRM program (ACE), Road Map and management also medium and long term plan.
-  Coordination of projects with important international clients with the aim of seizing new potential and               duplicating successes in other locations 
-  Concept for the harmonization of prices and the adjustment of the product portfolio for the main                      international customers 



-  Well-founded technical training, preferably with a master's degree, at least a bachelor's degree or                      equivalent,  in the field of chemical process engineering with additional commercial or sales qualifications in      metal pretreatment and lubricant field
-  At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally already in the technical service in the field of metal               pretreatment and lubricant
-  Have fun selling and developing customer-specific process solutions with an existing product portfolio
-  Negotiation feeling and persuasive skills Team Working and problem solving approach
-  A high level of initiative and ambition to drive sales and profitability for medium and large customers in the     metal pretreatment and metal forming industry
-  Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational skills
-  Business fluent in English and Italian.

-  Location in the South of Italy is required
