YOUR JOB PURPOSE
The role is concentrating on the organizational transformation of our new Global HCB Supply Chain with a focus on: Learning & Development (SC Academy), Cultural Change, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as well as Global Employer Branding initiatives.
- Starts and Leads SC Learning and Development Program globally
- Leads SC cultural transformation activities for SC category
- Drives Change and Communication within SC for the new category
- Helps to develop the SC Strategy and cascade to all Global SC
- Leads D&I activities for SC organization Is responsible for governance of some SC activities
- Acts as an interface with M&A(&D) team concerning Supply Chain topics
- Supports SC CSVP for specific projects (expansion, restructuring, reorganization, strategy definition)
- Supports HR for Employer branding activities and other organizational initiatives
- Supports SC CSVP in communication topics (PR, participation in Award processes, etc.)
- Leads SC Academy and defines structure / principles of training materials for SC members.
