The ideal candidate is results driven, a strategic thinker with minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales and/or key account management. A sales leader with strong communication and presentation skills that can work independently and with diverse personalities. Will work with top Beauty Professional brands of Schwarzkopf and Alterna in this role.
•Work with the Business Director to develop comprehensive Sales Plans to achieve annual key account purchase plans.
•Daily account management of beauty supply outlets, hairdressing schools and salon chains with greater than 5 locations
•Propose, implement a planned program for developing account base
•Manage and deliver monthly sales targets for the region
•Conduct quarterly sales reviews with key accounts with the purpose of increasing share of wallet
•Manage sales and promotional plans for Key accounts including quarterly visits and reviews, educational bookings, product orders and strategic planning
•Work with Brand Educators to develop the territory
•Weekly reporting to Business Director.
•Support and collaborate with all SKP departments: marketing, education and operations.
•Participate in select SME meetings and bimonthly promotional planning meetings.
•Travel and overnight stays when required.
