YOUR ROLE

  • NPI manager Is responsible for disciplinary governance of local New Product Innovation process Leads and manages Launches / Relaunches, through local NPI together with Marketing in local NPI meetings
  • Acts as central interface to internal production and/or Contract manufacturers, Demand and Supply Planning, Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory, marketing and Shared Service Centers Reflects local timings and occurrences to evaluate impact on international timings and escalation (in case of international brand)
  • Supervises process adherence in NA to Henkel launch standards, Henkel NPI management tools and NA NPI governance model Conducts consistent supply risk assessment Is responsible for controlling project KPIs Provides guidance and acts as gatekeeper of projects
  • Conducts benchmarking and identifies best practices
  • Aligns on capacity and demand analysis for critical production start-ups (Inhouse and CMTG)
  • Steers capacity allocation in bottleneck situations based on quotation process
  • Collaborates with production in capacity planning steering

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • Project management experience required
  • Proficient in Excel & PPT
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Team player and excellent communication skills
  • Open to change and a dynamic work environment
