- Key member of the Global Power & Industrial Key Account Team
- Working closely with the KAM’s to regularly update the Key account strategic plan, rolling strategic business plan and annual forecast/execution
- With this information, you will drive and execute the European strategy (short-/mid-/long term), including an ambitious annual revenue plan and long term target plan
- Learning to provide strategic plan presentations to internally and externally to a senior level audience
- Getting step by step full responsibility for customer account / site revenue targets (top line and profit goals) as well as overall customer satisfaction with focus Germany
- Learning to provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel team(s) regarding customer strategy, team member actions and task
- Driving execution of key priorities and sales opportunities into revenue generating projects
- Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap
- Working with the Key Account Managers, Market Segment Head and Business Development Managers to build the new product development pipeline
- Developing influential network on all key levels and dimensions with a focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth
