- Drive professional pricing strategies at a global level. Set aspirations and targets for price execution, align with regional VPs and co-drive execution with the regions
- Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of state-of-the-art pricing strategies and tools
- Design and deploy targeted pricing and value selling trainings for customer facing teams. Ensure broad adoption of pricing methodologies by relevant stakeholders
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, i.e., for our Key Accounts, distribution channel
- Act as transformational leader partnering up with our sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to increase efficiency in pricing and negotiation, remove roadblocks and increase value selling capabilities of our sales teams
- Define and globally promote best-in-class standards / best practices and instill pricing processes discipline and excellence in execution in our sales teams
- Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
