YOUR ROLE

  • Fully responsible for Equipment Capacity Planning for Richmond Mo. 
  • Lead Raw Material/Capacity Escalation calls
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Manufacturing Readiness team, and Engineering team to incorporate awarded product lines.
  • Drive Capacity reviews and actively participate in local S&OP
  • Responsible for maintaining planning data in SAP.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve Capacity forecast accuracy
  • Mange both S.O.P and E.O.P for all programs.
  • Work closely with planning team members to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve on-time delivery while ensuring inventory targets are still achieved.
  • Generate reports and lead the team in solutions for meeting the yearly KPIs.
  • Update all customer portals with all required capacity requests.
  • Analyze and provide “What-if scenarios” per customer request for capacity on equipment.
  • Required to learn all planning positions, provide coverage in absence, and provide guidance to team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimally 3 years- of experience in Capacity Planning/or leadership equivalent for multiple process operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • SAP APO DP / SNP, and Advanced excel knowledge • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Team player who works well with others, flexible & goal orientated
  • Agility and drive to improve and initiative to get there
  • Agility and drive to plan for tomorrow today
