Description:

The Supply Resiliency Manager will be a primary interface to Supply Chain Leadership for Henkel Consumer Brands NA.  This senior role will report to the Regional Supply Office (RSO) Regional Team Lead, with dotted line reporting to the Henkel Consumer Brands Purchasing Key Account Manager (KAM).  The intent of this position will be to bring a proactive, action-oriented, element to supplier performance and risk mitigation. 

Focus Areas:

Two primary focus areas will be: 

  • Proactive supplier performance (service and quality levels) measurement and improvement, utilizing tools such as the Power BI Supplier KPI Cockpit and Supplier Complaint Management System (SCMS).
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation, by working with both Purchasing Category Teams and Supply Chain to implement the outcomes of the risk query.

  • Purchasing Category Team Leads and Managers
  • Regional Supply Office (RSO) Reps supporting Henkel Consumer Brands
  • Product Development Teams
  • Supplier Quality (corporate and plant level)

YOUR SKILLS

  • MBA preferred, with three years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business or supply chain) with six years experience in Purchasing, Quality, or Supply Chain
  • Previous experience in a production environment. Chemical industry experience a plus.
  • PC skills, Microsoft Office suite, SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management experience beneficial.

The salary for this role is $105,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
