  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to protect employees from hazards in the workplace
  • Monitors, communicates, and executes implementation of regulation changes
  • Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHE area
  • Conducting investigations into accidents or near misses to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective action/s
  • Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure employee compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinating safety training programs to help employees understand and follow safety protocols
  • Overseeing safety for workers in a company or organization through inspections, audits, and research
  • Conducting risk assessments and enforcing corrective and preventive measures
  • Monitoring employee safety performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepares and executes monthly SHE reports for the site


  • High education in safety or technical engineering (chemical engineering/technology, mechanical engineering, occupational safety)
  • Preferred previous work experience in the same or similar jobs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of State and Local regulations related to SHE
  • Occupational Health & Safety Certification defined by the Law
  • Fire Safety Certification defined by the Law
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork ability, flexibility and proactiveness 
  • Analytical skills
  • Persistence, perseverance, independence in work and a desire to work in a multinational team
