- Overviewing one of Henkel‘s three business units “Adhesives Technologies” sales operation via assuming responsibility for Consumer Goods Segment under Industrial Adhesives business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within the responsible area
- Developing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio across Turkey
- Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
- Executing customer roadmap and managing the closure respective CRM tool (ACE)
- Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities and analyzing market trends
