Come join the largest Henkel plant as the Materials Quality Manager:

  • This role is responsible to identify and correct supplier issues that impact the plant
  • Partner cross functionally across our production cells / R&D / Corporate Quality Team to drive continuous improvement activities for this facility
  • Responsible to manage and maintain quality assurance metrics for materials and suppliers for the Plant
  • Monitor and audit supplier quality performance and develop improvement action plan at the plant level; Own reporting and analysis of plant supplier quality metrics
  • Analyze quality issues and lead problem solving efforts to define root cause/ develop corrective actions
  • Develop programs at the plant level to better manage the quality performance of their suppliers
  • Lead other QA and operations resources to make needed improvements to incoming material systems
  • Collaborate with suppliers, influence suppliers to establish and maintain Henkel quality standards, and drive reduction of noncompliant and variability of materials
  • Manage Supplier Root Cause and Corrective Action system at plant level using the Apollo method
  • Interface on-site support at suppliers to systemically improve their quality processes and performance.


  • Seeking 7-10+ years of manufacturing Quality experience. Prior experience within Supplier Quality experience is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactiveness and problem solving skills
  • Prior SAP experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, or relevant work experience. ASQ, ISO certifications a plus
