Job Purpose

Handle Export and arrangements with Forwarder, communication with Planer/CS on shipment update, Invoice processing in Saperion system, Monitor 3PL warehouse movement and inventory management


  • Responsible for export shipment arrangement for customer and affiliate, coordination with forwarding and internal team on shipment booking information, update shipment information on share drive and e-filing documents into database
  • Handle SEA/AIR freight enquiry and liaise with forwarder on cost information follow by approval
  • SO release for DG sample generate by customer service by checking DG information and update at SO level
  • ECO application (Cert of Origin) from Chamber Singapore for oversea customer upon customer service request.) LC document preparation for customer with LC payment term
  • Verification of invoices from vendors and ensure billing information correct Support 3PL warehouse activities (e.g. stock take/ audit/ shipment discrepancy
  • Liaise with relevant local authorities (NEA, Singapore Customs, SCDF, SPF, NA-CWC…etc) to ensure meeting regulatory requirements for import/ export cargoes
  • Work on cost improvement project pertaining to logistics operations
  • Provide shipping schedule to finance in monthly basis for sales recognition
  • Support on import / drop shipment arrangement if required
  • Handle CCMS / customer complaint on export/ logistic related
  • To ensure all Logistic process follow Henkel requirement
  • Responsible to correspond to any supplier, customer complaint & feedback
  • On time payment processing on billing
  • Responsible for effective management of Logistic Resources and ensure product delivery to customer as requested


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management or supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years experiences on LC shipments and COO application
  • Taking care of outbound with an experience specialize in Import and Export including sea freight and airfreight
  • Import clearance cargo with DG
  • Understand permit and license or import and export in SG especially chemical product
  • Handling chemical background experiences
  • Strong in analytic skills
  • Fluent communication in English
