YOUR ROLE

  • Overall responsibility for leading, challenging, developing, and energizing the Adhesives Marketing team and Sales organization to drive sustainable profitable growth
  • Develop and steer global Sales & Channel excellence roadmap in the Strategic Business Unit Automotive Components 
  • Own and steer customer road mapping with marketing and customer facing teams
  • Drive professional key account management on a global level
  • Design, implement and track performance of channel strategy globally (including distribution, eShop and social selling)
  • Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the Henkel CRM-tool
  • Define and deploy targeted training curriculum for customer facing teams
  • Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Define and drive to implementation global projects aimed at enabling and empowering customer facing teams
  • Partner with central team to own and steer (cross-SBU) transformational initiatives on Sales and Channel excellence

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, B2B sales and/or marketing roles
  • Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities in an international environment
  • Advanced analytic and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Well-developed business management, negotiation and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial
