Henkel has concentrated its global purchasing and supply chain organizations of all its businesses under one roof in Amsterdam and you will be the HR business partner for this entity. The role will be part of the Benelux HR team and will report into the HR Director Benelux.
The successful candidate will be required to act as a business partner as Henkel’s approach is for its HR team members to be visible and hands-on in the business and oversee all HR aspects to ensure they are aligned with the objectives of the business.
We are looking for a candidate with experience as an HR professional in a large company (matrix organization) and in an international environment. You are an independent thinking, fast learning team player with strong business partnering skills. You have a clear understanding of the requirements of a multinational and a strong business acumen.
The Senior HR Business Partner HGSC ensures alignment between the HGSC (Henkel Global Supply Chain) business strategy/operations and the HR strategy, practices and objectives. He/She has a solid understanding of the business strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision making.
The Senior HR Business Partner HGSC provides consulting and coaching to the HGSC ExCom and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. He/She delivers a comprehensive and consumer-driven HR service (covering the full employee life cycle), aligning both people management and business strategies.
-As a key member of the HGSC ExCom, lead & implement organizational & people strategies (global and local) for HGSC in a matrix environment (Corporate HQ HR, Benelux HR Team and local HGSC stakeholders)
-Ensure HR service delivery for the full employee life cycle
-Lead & implement the Cultural and D&I agenda for HGSC in close collaboration with Corporate HR BPs/COEs/Benelux HR teams
-Partner/coach HGSC leaders to facilitate change, act as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness
-Build leadership & management capabilities to facilitate a value-driven environment
-Drive HR Compliance both from a country legal framework as from a Henkel corporate perspective.
