Supply Chain Analyst (Inventory and Planning Support)

  • Develops business processes documents that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand using Business Process Modelling Tool (Signavio)
  • Generates operational reports related Raws & Pack planning (e.g., Obsolete and Slow-Moving Inventory, Scheduling Agreement Report)
  • Provides transactional support (e.g., master data update, PR creation, Scheduling Agreement creation)
  • Provides inventory management support (e.g. Annual Physical Stocktaking, Inventory reconciliation & adjustments)
  • Acts as point person or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting colleagues in handling special analysis, ad hoc requests from stakeholders and resolving inquiries from counterparts
  • Supports to improve accuracy, quality, and consistency of data
  • Conducts root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives; Handles other related duties that may be assigned by superior


  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology or relevant courses
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Process Modelling and Technical Reporting using VBA; Preferably with background in Supply Chain
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
  • Continuous Improvement and Project Management background is needed
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
