YOUR ROLE

  • The jobholder is responsible for executing the market segment strategy for E-Mobility in the NA region and to accomplish the regional SBU financial goals. Strategic Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for developing execution strategies for the E-Mobility market segment in the NA region.
  • Support the sales force by providing guidance and direction on market segment strategy and tactics for targeting applications and customers utilizing current and new products and technologies.
  • Develop, in cooperation with sales, new account relationships (ensure consistent customer interaction) and lead in heavy technical projects with long lead times.
  • Own & interpret customers product needs and roadmaps.
  • Aggregate product needs and communicate CTQ and business plans to Market Segment Heads.
  • Execute & customize the strategy for product positioning and define training and promotional needs. Key Tasks
  • Work with sales & GKAM to identify and drive specific ACE/ADP projects.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate customer specific product development needs and CTQ to Market Segment Heads & help create new innovation programs and business opportunities.
  • Provide input to Regional Marketing Communication for the development of marketing material & events.
  • Identify key resource needs to drive execution (people, capabilities, capital, location, etc.).
  • Has influence on product launches, product positioning, customer relationships, ACE pipeline.
  • Communicate a clear market driven strategy and drive consistent business growth in the specific market segment (E-Mobility)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Education Bachelors, or preferred Masters Degree in Management / Engineering / Science Preferable Experience
  • Preferable years of total experience: 7+
  • Yrs Exp. in Marketing: 2+
  • Yrs Exp. in Sales: 3+
  • Relevant industry experience in Automotive, Automotive Electronics, thermal Materials
  • Previous work experience in E-Mobility segment (Batteries, Battery Packs, Power Conversion Components for Electric Vehicles) in a customer-facing sales, marketing or engineering capacity.
  • Fluent in English. Strong communication skills, project management & marketing / selling skills
