- The jobholder is responsible for executing the market segment strategy for E-Mobility in the NA region and to accomplish the regional SBU financial goals. Strategic Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing execution strategies for the E-Mobility market segment in the NA region.
- Support the sales force by providing guidance and direction on market segment strategy and tactics for targeting applications and customers utilizing current and new products and technologies.
- Develop, in cooperation with sales, new account relationships (ensure consistent customer interaction) and lead in heavy technical projects with long lead times.
- Own & interpret customers product needs and roadmaps.
- Aggregate product needs and communicate CTQ and business plans to Market Segment Heads.
- Execute & customize the strategy for product positioning and define training and promotional needs. Key Tasks
- Work with sales & GKAM to identify and drive specific ACE/ADP projects.
- Develop, maintain and communicate customer specific product development needs and CTQ to Market Segment Heads & help create new innovation programs and business opportunities.
- Provide input to Regional Marketing Communication for the development of marketing material & events.
- Identify key resource needs to drive execution (people, capabilities, capital, location, etc.).
- Has influence on product launches, product positioning, customer relationships, ACE pipeline.
- Communicate a clear market driven strategy and drive consistent business growth in the specific market segment (E-Mobility)
