  • Become part of the global Loctite Pulse team and help building up a portfolio of digital solutions and business models in the context of Smart Maintenance under the iconic brand Loctite
  • Improve customer engagement and satisfaction by proactively identifying issues and handing over insight to Sales
  • Build up a customer engagement and satisfaction monitoring (incl. KPI) for digital solutions (Loctite Pulse) and keep track of customer engagement
  • Identify tools and platform upgrade needs that will improve the customer’s experience in collaboration and hand over to Product Owner
  • Keep track of customer contracts and extend and renew contracts in close collaboration with Sales
  • Maintain the Loctite Pulse platform from a customer point of view
  • Create and establish Customer Success Management structure for Loctite Pulse
  • Demonstrate and quantify value of digital offering (Loctite Pulse) to customers (documented cost savings/benefits)
  • Conduct (virtual) training for new users (customers) on the Loctite Pulse platform and support Sales team with customer onboarding 


  • Successfully completed master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of Sales, Digital Services and/or Organization
  • Comprehensive experience in customer success management
  • Experience in mining, power or oil/gas/chemical industries of advantage
  • Experiences with data-enabled/digital solutions of advantage
  • Sales responsibilities/direct customer contact preferred
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
