- Plan, execute and develop our e-shop strategy based on given global/regional strategic framework
- Develop and execute an activity plan with launches and promotions in line with country plan
- Content, incident management and account admin management
- Report and monitor e-shop data intelligence and customer insights.
- Analyse and develop e-shop tool from a client perspective, also using best practice
- Maintenance of local product catalogue and pack shots (PIM, DAM, CIAM, )
- Daily validate product visibility in the e-shop
- Promotion briefing, localization and follow up
- Ensure sales force engagement and buy in for the e-shop
- Co-travel with sales reps to educate and support NCA to the e-shop.
- Client meetings mainly TEAMS to inform and open new accounts
