  • Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Gain deep insights into the world of strategy management for Europe, India, Middle East and Africa for the Industrial Adhesive Technologies business
  • Take part in the preparation of long-term strategies and projects and gain a glimpse into real-world challenges from a large organization
  • Support the operationalization of business strategies and become a change leader
  • Assist in coordination and driving forward internal projects
  • Become fully integrated into the international team and the daily business at Henkel


  • Student who has succecssfully passed first semesters of business administration, psychology, computer sciences or similar education, with focus on project management or organizational development
  • Practical and international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
  • Excellent language skills in English, German is beneficial
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proven analytical skills to break down complex problems, to handle comprehensive data sets and to derive fact-based decisions
  • Critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully deal with stakeholders across regions, functions and levels
  • Highly motivated, self-organized, and ambitious team player
  • Availability as of January 2023 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
