·You will be part of a highly skilled and experiences Procurement team which is responsible for all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and external Contract Manufacturing Items within Latin America and a focus on Henkel Consumer Brands.

·Intense project work in various transformation projects including, but not limited to: Simplified Raw Materials, Simplified Packaging Materials, Supply Chain Production Footprint including Make-or-Buy Decisions

·Ensure the full potential of all Raw Material & Packaging categories supply base can be identified and assessed with a clear focus on portfolio simplification and platforming on fewer, cost-competitive, and more sustainable sources

·Scouting of commodity and specialty markets in Latin America for respective sourcing categories of highest projects priority; keeping the focus on portfolio simplicity

·Proactively and permanently challenge the status-quo of cross-regional sourcing events; identify, conceptualize, and sell game changer ideas internally and assist full delivery with external suppliers and responsible buyers

·Analyze, initiate, and drive together with responsible buyers big saving initiatives based on an End-to-End TCO approach

·Enhanced usage of available and new digital tools to leverage internal & external data and derive the best purchasing decisions from it

·Close internal partnerships with the Purchasing Leadership Team and peer stakeholders



·We are looking for a team player with proactive approach and willingness to develop in a fast-paced environment of Purchasing. Onboarding, on-the-job training and close mentoring are assured, but in the meantime, we expect:

·Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistic or equivalent

·Work experience of minimum 7 years +, preferably including Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or PMO positions

·Negotiation and communication skills on a great level with influencing and convincing abilities

·Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills with creative mindset

·Project management knowledge and team player attitude

·Experience with Microsoft office and SAP

·Strong working proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal & written) are mandatory, Portuguese or other languages are a plus
