- Develop, agree and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan
- Maximise the breadth & depth of distribution of company products in line with Commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
- Achieve net sales & profit targets as agreed with line management
- Operate within agreed budget levels controlling all elements of trade spend investment
- Evaluate all promotional activity to ensure achievement of financial objectives
- Establish positive & proactive relationships / joint working practices with the designated customers through effective cross functional networking. Periodical customer meeting to review performance and plan for continued future growth
- Developing promotional strategies – taking advantage of both internal and external relationships to develop plans for success within the account;
- Fostering relationships – both externally with the customer, and internally with the field sales and category development teams;
- Reporting and analysis of sales data – ensuring key performance indicators are met and integrated in to an active involvement with the customer to drive levies for growth;
- Performance of account-specific administrative tasks – with urgency and accuracy
