  • To drive the business in relevant industrial
  • Penetrate in target account, do the group selling activity
  • Align with our partner to enlarge market share
  • Achieve the yearly NES target to keep the business growth
  • Execute the policy of company to keep our business in compliance
  • Coordinate all parties to ensure our business run smoothly

  • Accountabilities (Time in %)
  • Make the penetration plan according to industrial developing strategy 10%
  • Deep dive the target account 50%
  • Communicate to channel and distributor 20%
  • Self-management and sale excellent 10%
  • Market information collection 10%


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanics or chemistry
  • More than 3 years' experience in Steel industrial or Oil & Gas industrial
  • Good skill of communication
  • Good reading and oral English
  • Need to travel every month
  • Base in Shanghai (some cities in East China could be considered)
