  • Become a part of our European Project Management Office for Operations & Supply Chain in the Adhesive Technologies business unit of Henkel
  • You will focus on two major topics – First you manage and shape a global trainee program and secondly you run cross-functional Operations & Supply Chain related projects
  • In this role you have the chance to shape our organizational development with excellent career opportunities and a high visibility to our TOP Management 

           Trainee Program Responsibility

  • In the global trainee program, you manage and continuously improve the graduate talent acquisition programs, onboarding, trainings, and the transition to permanent roles
  • You actively coach and develop the trainees in close cooperation with our local supervisors in the plants as well as with our HR Team
  • You conceptualize, plan, and conduct trainings, networking, and exchange in close cooperation with our external and internal partners
  • You regular update our TOP Management on progress and programs KPIs and targets

            Cross-functional Projects in Operations & Supply Chain

  • You design, initiate, and manage larger cross-functional projects together with your international project teams helping us creating lasting competitive advantages 
  • You prepare and execute workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
  • You help us improving our internal standards and contribute to the development of our PMO Team


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry, engineering, business administration (preferably supply chain or human resources)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience ideally in (internal) consulting or organizational development functions in corporate organizations
  • Experiences in Operations & Supply Chain as well as international experience preferred
  • Strong interest and passion for the topic of people development
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Resilient and hold a high level of accountability
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Great team player with a self-motivated, creative, passionate, and open-minded personality
