  • Steer, develop and identify third party manufacturing sites to meet strategic and financial goals as well as legal
    requirements for repacked, solid and tape products in Adhesives Europe.
  • Act as a plant manager for externally produced articles: Steer the output and capacity of
    suppliers; Ensure agreed supplier service level, Ensure quality of products; Ensure legal and
    corporate compliance, Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance
  • Lead large projects to implement production footprint, to transfer of production, to identify, drive
    and implement cost savings, to optimize supplier portfolio
  • Determine team structure and responsibilities of technology cluster, lead team and develop team
  • Improves and benchmarks KPIs of technical, quality, response, delivery and cost of 3PM sites
  • Manage introduction of new products and their production at suppliers
  • Conduct benchmarks inhouse vs external production as well as tenders among suppliers


  • Masters degree in engineering, chemistry, business administration, supply chain or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing/Supplier management/Project management and People management
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fast learner
