- Prepare analysis on sales and margin for monthly reviews with sales managers
- Support the weekly/monthly funnel review process
- Support in calculation of quarterly/annual incentives to customers
- Coordinate the process for pricing reviews including maintenance of models & uploads
- Support with creating pricing models to support business case for large projects
- Act as a CRM champion for the sales force including training on new features and tools
- Maintain CRM through data accuracy checks and report/resolve inconsistencies
- Ensure customer master data is updated and regularly reviewed
- Participate in process improvement and business transformation projects
- Ad-hoc support for analysis
